Privacy Policy

Heads up:this is a plain-English first-draft policy. We're a small operation. If you're running compliance for a larger user base or jurisdictions with strict laws (EU, California, UK), this document needs a real attorney's review.

Who we are

Ruddiduddi (ruddiduddi.com) is a product of Fedago (the “Operator”), operating from New York, USA. Contact: eldar@radovici.com.

What we collect

Account info: name, email, and profile picture from your Google account, via Supabase authentication.
Content you submit: prompts, reference images, the comics and memes we generate from them, the visibility setting you choose, group membership, votes, and comments.
Usage metadata: timestamps, model usage, credit-balance changes, and moderation outcomes.
Payment info: handled by Stripe; we receive a payment confirmation and amount, never your card number.
Diagnostic logs: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths) for a limited window for debugging and abuse prevention.

Why we collect it

To sign you in and remember who you are.
To generate the comics/memes you requested.
To process payments and credit your account.
To enforce safety rules and prevent abuse.
To make the product better.

Who we share it with

We send specific data to these third parties to make the product work:

Supabase— user authentication and database hosting.
Vercel— web hosting, image storage (Vercel Blob), and serverless compute.
Stripe— payment processing for credit top-ups. Their privacy policy applies to anything you give them at checkout.
Google (Gemini)— prompt planning and image generation. Real names of people in your prompt are mapped to physical descriptions before being sent.
OpenAI— content moderation (we send your prompt for safety classification).
AIDE platform(also operated by Fedago) — centralized billing, credits, and safety services for the Fedago app family.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use your submissions to train AI models.

How long we keep it

Productions and drafts: kept until you delete them or close your account.
Payment records: kept for at least 7 years for accounting and tax compliance.
Server logs: typically 30 days.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

Delete any individual production from its menu.
Leave any group you're a member of.
Request a complete account deletion or data export by emailing eldar@radovici.com. We'll complete deletions within a reasonable window (typically within a few days) and confirm by email.

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA — reach out and we'll handle the request the same way.

Children

Ruddiduddi is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we'll remove the account.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and surface a notice in the product before it affects you.
